Help with TestCube, the test management service by Greyboxed: the web app at testcube.greyboxed.dev, the TestCube app for Jira Cloud, the API and MCP server, the CI reporters, and billing.

Hours and response time
- Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 India Standard Time (UTC+5:30), except Indian public holidays.
- First reply within one business day.
- If TestCube is down or you can't sign in, put URGENT in the subject and we'll look as soon as we see it, outside hours too.
What to include
- Your workspace URL (for example
testcube.greyboxed.dev/w/acme) and the project key. - What you did, what you expected and what happened, with the case, run or defect ID (case WEB-12, run #4, defect WEB-BUG-3).
- For the Jira app: your Jira site (
your-site.atlassian.net) and the issue key. - For API or CI problems: the request ID from the error response (
request_id), never your API token.
Please don't send passwords, API tokens or other secrets. We will never ask for them.

TestCube for Jira
The Jira app shows linked test cases, coverage and the latest results on Jira issues. A Jira administrator connects it to a TestCube workspace with a pairing code from Integrations in TestCube. Uninstalling the app stops the connection; your TestCube data stays until you delete it.
Billing
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. For invoices, receipts, payment methods or refunds, email us or use the link on your Paddle receipt. See the refund policy.
Security and privacy
Report a security issue to hello@greyboxed.dev with SECURITY in the subject; we acknowledge reports within one business day. How we handle personal data, including data from Jira, is in the privacy policy; to export or delete your data, email us from the account's address.
