Privacy notice
Last updated 31 October 2026
This notice covers greyboxed.dev, the website for TestCube. It's run by Greyboxed, an independent software company in India. The TestCube app will have its own privacy policy when it opens to customers.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the beta access form:
- your work email (required)
- your name and company, if you add them
- your team size, whether you use Jira Cloud, and any note you write
With each request we also store the country your request came from, as reported by Cloudflare, and the date and time.
Why we collect it
To decide which teams to invite to the private beta, and to email you an invite code and beta updates. We don't sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Where it's stored
Requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, served by the same Cloudflare Worker as this site. Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf.
Bot protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a script, is sending the request. Turnstile runs only on the form and is covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from greyboxed.dev, so loading the page doesn't contact Google.
How long we keep it
Until the private beta ends, or sooner if you ask us to delete it. When the beta ends, we delete requests from teams that didn't join.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, reply to any email we've sent you about the beta. We'll act on it within 30 days.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
